There once lived a woodcutter Daiva Chitha. One day he was chopping wood in a forest.
Then he heard a rustle behind him. He turned and saw a huge, hungry Lion staring at him.
Daiva Chitha was a clever fellow. Just before the lion could pounce on him he said -
Oh King, Welcome, King of the Jungle.
Please take lunch. My wife had made delicious rotis with dal.
The lion was surprised. How can I eat this food.
Daiva Chitha said, Taste it Raja. The Lion tasted it and
he liked it and emptied the bod. He said to Daiva Chitha.
I have never eaten such delicious food. Thank you for giving me.
The Lion left Daiva Chitha and went into the deep forest.
